Landscape Orientation Lock

iOS: 7.1.1, 7.1.2, and 8.2
Description: Portrait Orientation Lock is on but the device is rotated sideways.
Cause: Rotating the screen with AssistiveTouch.
Recreate By: Open an app that can be rotated to landscape (Safari, messages, mail, stocks, etc.) and turn on portrait orientation lock from control center. Then open AssistiveTouch (go to Settings > General > Accessibility > AssistiveTouch for instructions how to use AssistiveTouch) and go to Device > Rotate Device and pick Left or Right. The device will rotate but there will still be the Orientation Lock icon in the information bar.

Description: Control center is shown in portrait while multitasking is in landscape.
Cause: Turning on orientation lock.
Recreate By: Open an and rotate to landscape, then enter multitasking but double tapping the home button. Open the control center and turn on Portrait Orientation Lock and close control center. Then you can reopen control center (or notification center) from the short side of the screen.

Misplaced Information Bar

Anomaly Information
Device: iPhone 4s
iOS: 7.0.6 and 7.1.1
Description: The top bar in an app isn’t rotated to the same side as the rest of the app’s content.
Cause: In FaceTime, the anomaly happened when performing a FaceTime call, hanging up, and starting another one with the device in landscape the whole time. It is unknown how it happened in the mail app.
